Chief Executive Officer
Graduated from National Defense Academy. After promotion to Ground Self-Defense Force leadership, he retired in March 2018. In April of the following year, he established PicUApp and assumed the position of Representative Director. He specializes in information strategy and security, and has experience as CTO of two overseas companies to present.

Shinichi Zero Fujita

Graduate of Waseda University Faculty of Letters, Department of Philosophy, he was the former Managing Executive Officer and Vice President COO/CTO of Start-up which enabled Estonia's data linkage and ID infrastructure to the private sector. At Benesse Corporation, he was the head of the system development department, where he developed digital education services. Former Director CTO of Evolable Asia Co., Ltd. (currently AirTrip). At Evolable Asia, he was engaged in the establishment of a Vietnamese corporation and business promotion activities for offshore development, and laid the foundation for the current Vietnamese offshore development.

Graduate of The Kyushu Institute of Technology, Graduate School of Information Engineering, he engaged in the planning and design of core banking, trade settlement, and anti-money laundering systems for a Mega Bank at an information and communications company. After working as an IT consultant, he promoted mobile app provision, addition of available ATMs, addition of partner companies for fund transfer, etc. in parallel with the establishment of the system department at a fund transfer company under the umbrella of a major financial group.

Katsuki Kuwano

Founder of a Ruby Group and luxury brand e-commerce operation, with Clients including Christian Louboutin, LOEWE, Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Diesel, RayBan, Mitsukoshi Isetan, Sanyo Shokai, etc. Grew to more than 100 employees to successful buy out. He has previously served as President of Gilt, AOL Executive Officer, and President of Listen Japan.

It covers a wide range from 0 to 1 organization creation to 10 to 100 culture formation.

Lawyer, patent attorney, YouTuber. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tokyo. He completed University of Tokyo Law School, the University of California, Berkeley Law School (LL.M./Certificate of Law & Technology), and the South California University Law School (LL.M./Certificate of Media & Entertainment Law). He specializes in corporate law, dispute resolution, and intellectual property law. He serves as the secretariat of the Committee of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Patent Office "Survey and Research on Contract Guidelines by Technology Sector to Promote Open Innovation".
